Day 1 : Mombasa / Diani Beach

Arrival at Moi international Airport and warm welcome by your driver at Mombasa airport. Then transfer and check-in at your preferred Hotel, where a welcome drink will be offered. This hotel is a must for its beautiful beaches of white and fine sand, beaches are considered most beautiful in this part of Kenya.

Day 2 : Diani Beach / Funzi Island / Diani Beach

Breakfast and departure to the island of Funzi known for its pristine beaches and wide variety of sea turtles. You will board a motorized canoe for navigation on the river Ramisi to discover the mangroves, populated by crocodiles and rare birds. Then visit of Funzi Island and its charming fishing village. Depending on the tide, you will enjoy a ride in the middle of a sandbar that is discovered in the middle of the ocean for a magical moment. Superb lazy day decorated with a delicious lunch of seafood (lobster, crab and grilled fish) in an idyllic, certainly one of the most beautiful places of the Kenyan coast. A peaceful island that is sure to charm you. Back to Diani before the sunset.

Day 3 : Diani Beach / Tsavo West

Breakfast and drive to Tsavo West known through the film “The Ghost and the Darkness” Stephan Hopkins whose history, based on a true story, tells of two lions who killed 100 workers in that region. You will discover the park landscape, hills dotted with thorn and baobab trees, its lava flows, its bushy bush covering the beautiful Chyulu Hills, latest mountain range in the world. Lunch at Ngulia Lodge. Departure for your safari in search of rhinos, giraffes, elephants, lions At nightfall, drive to Man Eaters Camp.

Day 4 : Tsavo West / Amboseli

Breakfast and morning departure for Amboseli park. Located at the foot of Kilimanjaro is one of the most beautiful parks of Kenya. Made famous by Hemingway and his novel “snows of the Kilimanjaro”, the park offers beautiful scenery with its vast marshy plains fed by the snows of Kilimanjaro and exceptional wildlife, easily visible: elephants, lions, wildebeests, zebras, antelopes and buffaloes . Check-in and lunch at Sentrim Amboseli Camp. Sentrim is ideally located in the heart of the park, it has a swimming pool where you have the pleasure of lounging listening to the sounds of the savannah: a magical moment! Safari in the afternoon to meet the animals until nightfall. Possibility to visit a Masai village on the road. An enriching cultural encounter and surprising not to be missed. The Masai people are found mainly in animal parks and are semi-nomadic. They keep their cultural traditions while taking part in the economic, social and political forces in their regions. Life revolves around Maasai livestock and cultural traditions of their own.

Day 5 : Amboseli / Tsavo East

Breakfast and morning departure for a safari in Amboseli park. Enjoy stunning views at dawn of the legendary Kilimanjaro and its icecap. Meet the animals of the park: elephants, wildebeest, zebras and gazelles. Then drive to Tsavo East punctuated with beautiful views. Tsavo Park, the largest park in the country, is famous for its ocher landscapes and abundant wildlife: buffaloes, giraffes, antelopes, and especially huge herds of elephants covered the land of the park, giving them the red color characteristic . Check-in and lunch at Manyatta Camp on the banks of the river VOI. You have the chance to watch animals coming to drink from the river during lunch or while enjoying a swim in the pool at the lodge. Safari in the park until nightfall.

Day 6: Tsavo East / Diani Beach

Early start for your safari. The animals most often out at sunrise, you will have the chance to find cheetahs, leopards and lions through the beautiful hilly landscape of the park. Breakfast, then back safari for the rest of the morning. Lunch at Manyatta Camp  then drive to Diani Beach.

Breakfast. Free day at the hotel and possibility of excursions from your hotel: quad trekking on the slopes of the area, diving or Wasini or a day on the beautiful island of Funzi.

Day 14: Diani Beach: Visit Mombasa

Breakfast and drive to the city of Mombasa, where you can enjoy the charms of the city. Mombasa is a city deeply marked by history, but also thanks to its large commercial port where cargo ships around the world and traditional Swahili dhow anchor a fascinating encounter between modernity and tradition. Loitering at Spice Market, visit the city center, including the Moi Avenue and its famous elephant tusks and discovery of hard-craft workshops of woodcarving. This city will not fail to amaze you. Lunch at the famous restaurant, the Tamarind Dhow (or similar) where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the bay of Mombasa. One last perfect day to stock up on souvenirs!
