9 Days 8 Nights Bush and Beach Safari

Day 1 : Out-bound International Flight / Nairobi

Departure of your international flight and arrival in Nairobi. Warm welcome by your driver / guide. Then transfer to your hotel, comfortable and well equipped, ideal place to rest before beginning your fantastic Kenyan adventure. Nairobi is Kenya’s capital city. In addition to its urban core, the city has Nairobi National Park, a large game reserve known for breeding endangered black rhinos and home to giraffes, zebras and lions. Next to it is a well-regarded elephant orphanage operated by the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, the Karen Blixen Museum and the Giraffe Center. Nairobi is also often used as a jumping-off point for safari trips elsewhere in Kenya.

Day 2 : Nairobi / Amboseli

Breakfast and warm welcome by our driver-guide, where a carved wooden Masai will be offered. Departure for Amboseli National Park. Check-in and lunch at your camp. Amboseli, at the foot of Kilimanjaro (5895 meters) is one of the most beautiful parks of Kenya. Made famous by Hemingway and his novel “The Snows of Kilimanjaro”, the park offers beautiful scenery with its vast marshy plains fed by the snows of Kilimanjaro and exceptional wildlife, easily visible: elephants, lions, wildebeests, zebras, antelopes, hippos or buffalo.

Dinner and overnight at Sentrim Amboseli Camp.

Day 3 : Amboseli / Tsavo East

Safari in the morning in Amboseli then return for breakfast. You will have the opportunity to benefit from the dawn of the most beautiful view of Mount Kilimanjaro and its magnificent ice cap that characterizes it. This mountain is located in the northeast of Tanzania and is composed of three extinct volcanoes. It offers diverse fauna and flora and is popular with hikers. The Maasai use their high meadows to graze their herds. You will also have the opportunity to make beautiful encounters with the animals of the park: elephants, wildebeest, zebras and gazelles. One can dream better to bring beautiful pictures of Kilimanjaro. You’ll forget everything . except your camera! Visit a Masai village on the road. An enriching cultural encounter and surprising not to be missed. The Maasai people are found mainly in animal parks and are semi-nomadic. They retain their cultural traditions while taking part in the economic, social and political forces in their regions. The life of the Maasai is based mainly around their specific traditions. Then, drive to Tsavo East punctuated with beautiful views. Check-in and lunch at Sentrim Tsavo Camp . This lodge has a wonderful view of the reserve. Safari until nightfall in the Tsavo Park. Tsavo Park, the largest park in the country, is famous for its ocher landscapes and abundant wildlife: buffaloes, giraffes, antelopes, and especially huge herds of elephants covered the land of the park, giving them the red color characteristic .

Day 4 : Tsavo East / Diani Beach

Up at dawn for your safari. The animals most often come out at sunrise, you will have the chance to find cheetahs, leopards and lions through the beautiful hilly landscape of the park. Breakfast, then back for your last safari. Lunch at Voi Wildlife Lodge. After lunch, drive to Diani.

Day 5 : Diani Beach

Breakfast. Relaxation and sunbathing on the white sand beach bordered by the Indian Ocean or the hotel pool. Entertainment and activities will be offered in option to the hotel: beach volleyball, scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing .

Day 6 : Diani Beach: Visiting A Bush Village

Breakfast. Starting in the early morning for the visit of a bush village to meet the local population to fully immerse yourself in an authentic and charming Africa. On the program: visit a typical African home, school tour of the village guided by the tribal chief and a Mass Gospel Church Service that is the true point of organ of this tour. These tours allow you to observe their lifestyle, culture and traditions. Kenyans love to invite travelers to take part in their daily lives and discover their customs. A time of sharing and a unique and unforgettable cultural experience. Back to your hotel in the late morning. Lunch at the hotel. Free afternoon.

Day 7 : Diani Beach

Breakfast and free day at the hotel with plenty of activities to do such as;
Wasini Island Tour – to watch dolphins and snorkeling by the coral reef of the marine park.

Funzi Island Tour – to spot the crocodiles in their natural habitat and different bird species.

Mombasa Tour– to explore the city of Mombasa’s daily life, spice market, wooden handcraft workshop and Hindu temple.

Quad Excursion – to actively participate in racing in the country side and visit local villages and schools.

Bush Village Tour– to explore and learn the daily life of the coastal people.

Fishing Trip– to explore the fishing experience of the Kenyan Coast.

Deep Sea Diving – to explore the Kenyan coast underwater world.

Dinner and overnight stay at your preferred hotel.

Day 8 : Diani Beach

Breakfast, free morning and afternoon at the hotel with many possibilities for excursions from your hotel: quad trekking on the slopes of the region, visit Mombasa and its spice market, diving Wasini in a transparent and warm water or on the beautiful day Funzi island with its pristine beaches and wide variety of sea turtles.
Dinner and overnight at your preferred hotel.

Day 9 : Diani Beach / Mombasa / Airport

Breakfast and free morning at the hotel. In the afternoon departure to Mombasa according to your flight schedule. Flight to your destination. Dinner and overnight in flight.
